Never enough time to appreciate great poetry in a movie. So this movie gave a parallel experience through light and shadow, shape and surface--almost all presented within a simple home. All of his slow moving beautify within a small space--this is Emily's life and poetry. A view of the world from a single stationary point.

It had the look and feel of a Masterpiece Theatre production initially, but then became deeper, more compelling. The dialogue and voice-over told it all. So refreshing to have words reveal a character. Thank you.
